"You recommended Antonella to us and you were right on the money! The rooms and furnishings were in excellent condition, especially the bathroom. (...) for Italy Antonellas breakfast is absolutely wonderful because she takes the needs of her foreign guests into account when, for instance, they fancy a "collazione salata". It was also wonderful to see how much the Italian guests enjoyed it once it was on the table. Her evening meals are very good indeed and she was even prepared to cook our favourites for us (risotto, agnello). Just how typical the meals are of the Abruzzi region is difficult for me to say. We particularly enjoyed the pasta cooked by Antonella’s mother (or sister).
Cansano is a wonderful location from where to set out on walks and sight-seeing trips of the Maiella region including Sulmona. While the town itself is a little desolate, it is hardly Antonellas fault. Indeed, she is doing her very best to counter the drift to the cities. (...) We asked Antonellas mother whether she would give us a short course in pasta kneading and she was pleased to oblige. It turned out to be a wonderful experience and it was great to experience how this lady (old in body but not mind) insisted on putting considerable effort into the right kneading technique. Our stay represented excellent value for money. On past trips to the Abruzzi region we have either paid more or not eaten or slept as well. All the best,"

"Hello Frau Hohmann, our overall opinion is that it was simply fantastic! Highly recommended. We were particularly taken by the beauty and cleanliness of the estate (Casa Stefania). The food was terrific and they went to the trouble of cooking wonderfully delicious treats for us everyday. We were also served wine, Grappa, espresso and more besides. Our landlady was very generous indeed. While she is very friendly and always ready to engage in conversation, she is never too presuming. We had a car and a motorbike with us. The local area (Gran Sasso etc.) is a real paradise for bikers." Greetings,

"Wij zijn reeds vaak in Italie geweest, maar nu voor de eerste keer in Abruzzo. Wij vinden het het mooiste wat we tot nu toe van Italie gezien hebben. Het verblijf op "Mario" Villa was geweldig. Het restaurant beviel ons zo goed dat we er alle avonden gegeten hebben. Juist aan tafel hebben we veel leuke mensen ontmoet, waarvan we met enkele nog contact hebben. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen in Abruzzo/Mario!"

"Dear Lupus-Italicus Team, we experienced an absolutely wonderful holiday at the Susanna estate in Tuscany this year. Susanna and her family pampered us daily with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. Sometimes it was delicious peaches from the tree, other times it would be honey melons from the garden and so on. The Nonna cooked a never-to-be-forgotten lasagne at the estate for all of the holidaymakers. It was simply wonderful with a very friendly and informal atmosphere.
The estate with its large pool is very well kept and its apartments are clean and tastefully decorated. Another aspect worthy of particular mention is the breathtaking views across Pistoia and the mountainous region that surrounds it. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. Kind regards,"

"We had a delightful holiday in the Abruzzi region and really enjoyed the countryside, the friendliness of the locals and the good food! We were particularly struck by the rich variety of the countryside. We went out discovering all that the surroundings had to offer everyday. Indeed, we couldn't get enough of the mountains with their canyons and the Adriatic coast with its picturesque Trabocchi.

We really liked our accommodation "Zi Nunzie" at Antonio. We felt very much at home thanks to our holiday home’s lovely location and the fantastic views that it offered across the Maiella mountain range. The clean swimming pool with its panoramic views was fantastic!!!

Our apartment was clean and tastefully decorated and was even suitable for disabled people. Antonio’s father took care of everything wonderfully well and is a very friendly man. Indeed, he even gave us some homemade treats and a key ring from the region as a leaving present. Your recommendations with regards to what to do and see in the region proved to be a great help and the new "Abruzzen" travel guide by the Michael Müller publishing house was also a great aid. As you can probably gather we were delighted with our holiday and will definitely be booking another one with you! Greetings from Kiel,"

"We found exactly what we had been looking for in the Abruzzi region. One of its greatest assets is that there are not too many tourists and that it's a marvellous place for combining a number of diverse activities (sea, mountains, cities, winegrowing estates etc.). The holiday home at Antonio’s was fantastic, especially the great views from the pool and garden.
The quality of the food was excellent everywhere and surprisingly good value for money. We saw and did so much during the two weeks and the whole family had a great time. With kind regards,"

Terug komen natuurlijk!"

"Dear Ms. Orsini and Ms. Hohmann, we would be delighted to provide you with some feedback from our holiday, especially since the whole experience could hardly have been any better. The Abruzzi region is a wonderful place to spend a holiday: It's lush, boasts some spectacular landscape, has friendly residents, good sound cooking and sensible prices. We were sometimes rather surprised by how little tourism seems to have penetrated the region and on several occasions while visiting some of the mountain villages really did feel as though we were the first tourists to have visited.

We spent our first two weeks at the Agritourismo "Antonella" with two rooms and half-board accommodation. Your website's description is very accurate. The rooms are indeed very spacious and tastefully decorated. Antonella and her mother draw on natural produce from the local area for the down-to-earth and delicious dishes that they serve. Antonella is also happy to implement suggestions with regards to meals and really does have a talent for getting things right. Our favourite meal was homemade Ravioli with Ricotta from the estate's own cheese making operation! If you like walking, this is the perfect place. Having said that, however, we were unable to find good hiking maps and the signposting of the walks was poor. We recommend visiting the following locations: Lago di Barrea, Passo San Lorenzo and the small baroque town of Pescocostanzo.

We spent our last week at "Nicola and Silvana" close to Lanciano. Once again, the description on your website was spot on. It was very well-kept, spacious and had a wonderful garden surrounded by vineyards. The sea is just 2 km away and with the Trabocchi is very picturesque. The water is crystal clear and we can report that the number of tourists in July and during the week is at an acceptable level. This holiday accommodation would also make the perfect location for people looking to combine a beach holiday with a walking holiday.

To summarize, then, we enjoyed our holiday very much. We were also struck by how friendly and approachable the locals were. It didn't matter whether we were at the Agriturismo, in the town, in the countryside or on the beach, we only had to speak a few words of Italian and people were very friendly.

Our overall impression is that you have been very careful to select the holiday accommodation featured on your website. The descriptions are very good and can be relied upon. We will be recommending you to friends and family. We would also like to thank you for organizing everything so well and for your individual advice, we will certainly be turning to you for our next holiday in the Abruzzi region. All the best"

"We really did enjoy our holiday location at Antonio. The region has relative few foreign tourists and is therefore very authentic. People are very nice. In general the price level is quite attractive. We did like the accommodation and would like to recommend the food in Tana del Lupo (Restaurant in the direction of San Giovanni). We were most impressed by the scenery and outstanding panorama.
Kind regards"

"We were really impressed by the countryside in the Abruzzi region. As well as checking out the coast, we also ventured more into the inland areas. Here, too, we were really impressed by what we saw. We were very happy with our accommodation (Tollo).
Out of all our trips to Italy, the holiday home that we had this time really was the best. The friendliness, warmth and the willingness of the people in this region to help was a wonderful experience. As far as other comments or ideas are concerned, we don’t really have any. We would just like to underline the warmth with which we were received and the wonderful hospitality of the host family. I would like to thank you once again for you help. We wish you and our host family all the best. With kind regards."

"Dear Ms. Orsini, Abruzzi is a very interesting region, whose charm really grows on you. While it can be likened to Tuscany, it becomes more wild and mountainous when you near the two national parks. (...) Stefania's warmth and hospitality really is special (Stefania estate). She is a charming woman with charisma who manages her immaculate and excellently furnished accommodation very unobtrusively indeed. ...I also became very, very fond of their Labrador "Luna"...!
I would also like to thank you for your letter pointing out that the bar opposite the accommodation might be noisy. As it turned out, there was no noise. Indeed, we frequented the bar on a number of occasions for a pick-me-up or a glass of wine. That we would consider spending our holiday here again really is saying something when you consider that we have never visited the same place twice before. With kind regards,

"We had a really enjoyable holiday. We found Abruzzi a wonderful region, particularly as it was so quiet and uncrowded. Every meal we had was really wonderful.
Our host, Giacomo, was really welcoming and helpfull. The accommodation was of a very high standard. We were impressed by the accommodation. Thanks"

"Thoroughly enjoyed the area and it's diversity. Found the apartment accommodation (Tollo) to be of a high standard, spacious, well furnished and the owners very friendly, although communication between ourselves and our Italian hosts was difficult but we always managed to get by.
Would recommend the area of Abruzzi and the accommodation to anyone in future.
Many thanks,"

August 11, 2006
"Wonderful countryside (Abruzzi), plenty of variety and a wonderfully natural location. Not much tourism and nice people. Not nearly so much tourism as in Tuscany. There were no German newspapers, no German TV, and no German-speaking waiter. Indeed, this was one of the reasons why it was such a fantastic place to go on holiday and the perfect spot to get away from it all.
The food at Alessandro was excellent, plentiful and had all the local flair. Our accommodation was also excellent, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed personal and friendly advice, excellent food and wonderful surroundings. It's a wonderful place to go to relax and escape!"

"Dear Lupus-Italicus Team, although we had been to Tuscany several times before, the Ombronetal region was unknown to us. We found it very interesting and fantastically located with regards to Florance, Pistoia and Lucca. The railway links to Florence are also excellent.

The accommodation and the food were fantastic (Elisa estate). We were even able to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views while eating breakfast. Deciding to book half board was a very good decision indeed. The evening meals that Elisa cooked were absolutely delicious and a real treat. We've still not stopped singing their praises!

As we have already mentioned the food and the atmosphere of the estate really were unique (accommodation, pool, patio area and olive-tree garden). Our host family were incredibly friendly (especially Benito) and staying with them was delightful."

"Greetings to the Lupus-Italicus Team. We have just enjoyed a wonderful week of walking at Marino for the second time. Five friends on holiday, our accommodation was at the lovely estate belonging to Marino and his wife.
Everyone was really impressed with its secluded rustic location in the mountains and the relaxed atmosphere at evening meals, red wine included. We picked our hire car up at Pescara Airport on our arrival and dropped it back off again on our return. The Lupus team organized everything excellently and offered good value for money. We all had such a good time that we will be coming back next year for another week of walking in the Abbruzzi region. With kind regards,"

"An absolutely beautiful region: Swimming in the sea in the morning and walking in the mountains in the afternoon! The food was out of this world - our thanks to Paula (Alessandro villa)! We highly recommend booking half-board. We particularly liked the grounds with its fantastic views, its quiet and secluded spots and its pool.(...) Lupus's website is very attractive and a great deal of care and attention has gone into it. All the best."

"Hello to the Lupus-Italicus Team, just writing to let you know that we got back safely from a wonderfully relaxing holiday. A great time was had by all, mainly because of the unspoilt countryside and the fact that we hardly came across any other tourists.
Our hotel (Principi di Caramanico) was excellent (furnishings, space, cleanliness and standard of service). And the food was delicious. We chose half-board and we were delighted with the food served on each and every day. Another great thing about the hotel was its great attitude towards children. It is run in a very relaxed and informal way.
Our little boy was even allowed to ride his tricycle in the lobby when the weather was poor. And that's not something that most hotels would put up with. Thank you again for organizing everything so well; we really did feel as though we were in good hands!"

G.S., Berlin, Germany

July 18, 2006
"We would like to save our highest praise for the food. Silvana cooked for us using her own products and pampered us with local dishes that we would certainly not have received in a restaurant. Despite our limited command of Italian, we managed well.
We would recommend our accommodation (Nicola & Silvana) to any one.
A great deal of love and care has gone into creating a pleasant place in which to spend your holiday, such as the kitchen which was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and in the same matching design. The garden was fantastic for the children. We could fence it off and just let the kids play. It wouldn't surprise me were we to decide to return for another holiday - it was that good."

Dr. U., Munich, Germany

July 18, 2006
"We enjoyed a wonderful holiday! We had snowball fights on the Campo Imperatore in the morning and went swimming in the Adriatic Sea in the afternoon. Great beaches, fantastic atmosphere and fair prices for food and drink.(...) Both of the places that we chose to stay were excellent (Mario and Nicola & Silvana). Mario was an expert and the Pero holiday accommodation wonderful.(...)

One of the most positive aspects was the fantastic advice that you were able to give us with regards to both of the holiday locations that we booked. We will also remember how friendly the people were, as well as the countryside and the cities, especially the old town in Lanciano.... All in all, then, I would like to thank you for making our holiday a complete success and we will certainly be asking you for your advice the next time we are planning a holiday in the Abruzzi region. Thank you so much."

"We have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at "Agriturismo Due Fratelli". Everything exceeded our expectations. The location, the accommodation, the beach and the friendliness of the people!!! Having the opportunity to go walking in the mountains in the morning and swimming in the sea during the evening was absolutely fabulous."

Wij komen zeker terug! "

"After enjoying a wonderful holiday in the Abruzzi region of Italy, I am writing to say how grateful I am to you. We really let ourselves go at Raffaele. We started to relax almost immediately and even during the first evening it was like being on holiday with new friends.
The organic food was great and we even managed to squeeze a can of olive oil into our suitcase. There's little doubt that we'll be returning! All the best.

"Dear Lupus Italicus Team, we have had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation at "Casa Stefania" was fantastic. Ms. Stefenia made sure that we were pampered in every possible way. The food was unbelievable and we were made to feel part of the family. Signora Stefania gave us lots of great tips that we turned into reality. The countryside offered lots of variety, there was something for everyone. Please send Ms. Stefania all our love."

"Dear Ms. Orsini, while it might be quite a while since returning from our holiday, we still remember it very fondly! We were given a very warm welcome from the owner, who showed us round personally. The accommodation more than exceeded our expectations and its position really is a dream. From the pool you really did have the feeling of "mare e montagna"... Our host, Antonio, made sure that we had everything that we needed. The recommendations about where to eat were really good and inexpensive. Indeed, we’ve noticed that the Abruzzi area as a whole, particularly during the run-up to peak season at the end of May, is very good when it comes to value for money! We recommend the ice-cream cafe in San Valentino!

We found lots to do in the region. Everything's within easy reach and you can set out on a mountain bike from where you're staying (we had our own bikes, the ones available from where we were staying were unsuitable). We were also really surprised by the beauty of the walks away from everyone else and the lovely empty beaches (not in peak season), not to mention the day trip to the Grotto of Stiffe, to Scanno and Pennepiedimonte etc. All in all, then, we really can recommend this lovely part of Italy and will be certainly returning - let's just hope that the next spot we choose is a good as this one has been. Thank you for your work."
A. M., Munich

"Dear Ms. Hohmann, you recommended the "Tollo" accommodation to my wife. But it was even better than you had led us to believe! The accommodation and, indeed, the entire estate was a dream. The warmth and hospitality shown to us by the hosts was exemplary and we spent many hours with them and their friends. Once again - thanks so much for this great tip. "

"Our holiday at the "Elisa Villa Estate" in Tuscany was so good that we would like to ask you to reserve two rooms for us for next year. We had originally planed to visit the Umbria region next year, but these were thrown overboard following the very first evening (evening meal) at Elisa. It was hard to imagine anything more relaxing. The friendliness, service and location were all unbeatable.
Please don't shout too loud about it, we would like to keep it our secret.... I'm thriving from the memory and looking forward to next year.

"A truly successful holiday! Everything, from the "Casa dell'Artista's" secluded location in the middle of olive groves to its breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains, was truly spectacular and just as we had hoped it would be. Given that there is so much to see and do in this region, our two weeks proved to be too short to do everything that we had originally planned. We spent a lot of time on the beach - the sea was warm and shallow and great for the kids!
But one of the things that struck me the most was how friendly the people were and how willing they were to help...
Make no mistake, we will definitely be holidaying in this region again! I'm delighted that we decided to book our holiday over Lupus Italicus.

"My wife and I enjoyed our holiday in Cilento this year just as much as we did last year in the Abruzzi region of Italy. Our idea of a perfect holiday is peace and quiet in an environment that is close to nature, good food and a swimming pool. And we found all these things at the "Gino" Villa Estate. We loved its slightly wild character and we embarked on a number of walks, setting out from where we were staying. On other walks and hikes such as our visit to Monte Stella (Orchids!) and Punta Licosa the vegetation changed and we discovered a number of exciting landscapes. Our room was great, well - appointed and had nice views across the valley. As far as the breakfast and evening meal were concerned, we certainly didn't have to worry about going hungry. On the contrary, if we didn't watch out it was easy to eat too much of the delicious high quality food. All the people looking after us were very warm and friendly and the only thing that prevented us from getting to know everyone even better was our poor command of Italian. All in all, then, it's fair to say that our holiday was everything that we had hoped it would be.
Kind regards.

"We really were absolutely delighted with our accommodation at " Nicola and Silvana". A lovely and tastefully decorated house, a magnificent garden and exceptionally friendly hosts - what more could you want. When you consider what you are getting for your money, the price of the accommodation was very fair. We were particularly struck by its garden surrounded by Jasmin and the location of the house between the grapevines."

"We have been going to Italy on vacation for years. But it was our first time in the Abruzzi region. As far as I am concerned, it’s one of Italy’s most beautiful regions. It really does offer everything that we are looking for when travelling to Italy: Peace and quiet, sea, mountains, hills and beautiful countryside to mention just a few. The accommodation and the food at " Stefania" Villa Estate were excellent! (OK, so I put on a few pounds). The atmosphere at the Stefania Villa Estate was warm and friendly and we shall remember it fondly. Keep up the good work!"
Ms. B. W., Nürnberg

July 9, 2005
"We love it in the Abruzzi region, the variety of the countryside, the mountains and the peace and quiet. We were very impressed with Signora Stefania. She is a very interesting person and her cooking and olive oil are fantastic! We felt completely at home at Casa Stefania and thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality and the friendly atmosphere. The next time you speak with Signora Stefania please pass on our regards and thank her once again for making our holiday perfect."
Ms. H.N., Munich

"We stayed at the "Marino Villa Estate" to enjoy a week's hiking. Just to make it clear: All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Everything was just right: The flight from Hahn to Pescara and back, the rental car that you arranged for us, the directions and, of course, the accommodation at Marino. We enjoyed some lovely trips to Corno Grande (Gran Sasso), to Maiella, Scanno and to the Celano Canyon. Everything was within easy reach by car. Compared to where we live in Germany, there is hardly any traffic. . Pulling over to take pictures of the beautiful views is easy. We did have a couple of cars coming in the opposite direction while we were taking pictures and they just waited patiently until we were finished. We found the general attitude to life in the region warm, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Whenever we stopped to ask directions we found people very helpful and patient. On one occasion, when we really had tried everything to understand, one of the locals even got on his motorbike and guided us to where we were going. The accommodation at Marino was in line with our expectations. Every room has an en- suite bathroom and shower. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. During the evening we sat together with the other guests, talking until we were tired and ready for bed. The food was good and the red wine very palatable. Even when we had drunk a little too much on the previous evening, we never felt ill the next morning.

Staying at Marino, however, would be wrong for anyone looking for the hustle and bustle of the city, for shopping trips and for lively nights out. Here it's all about peace and quiet, seclusion and unadulterated relaxation. For the attention of Marino: There was a wardrobe in our room with a bar but no coat hangers and no shelves. A wardrobe like this is of little use - but this is only a minor gripe. We are already planning another holiday to Italy and will be drawing on your services again for sure. With kind regards"

"We only got back from Tollo yesterday. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want it to end. I'll be booking for longer next time. It's hard to think where to start? Perhaps with our lovely hosts Carolina and Luigi (Tollo holiday apartments) or with the fantastic landscape that is so unspoilt and natural? We were thoroughly pampered! Carolina delighted in serving us with wine, cheese, fruit, cake and all manner of other delicious foods. She was also fantastic when it came to giving us a helping hand with organizing our holiday. She was the perfect host in every way and a remarkably warm and friendly person.
We spent every day in the mountains - and I shall never forget it. We could never forget anything so lovely! We shall definitely be returning! Thank you so much for your excellent recommendations!"

"The Abruzzi region packs a real punch! We were taken aback by the beauty of the countryside, by the friendliness of the locals and by the excellent food - regardless of which restaurant we visited! (And we tried quite a few!). The Abruzzi region is also paradise for motorbikes with its endlessly winding roads, good surfaces and almost empty streets!
As far as our accommodation at the Sabrina Villa Estate was concerned, we cannot praise it enough. Everyone there was nice and friendly, the food was great and the accommodation good. Everything was just perfect and it was with a heavy heart that we headed north again after our two week stay.
We were also very pleased with the way you organized everything for us. Thank you! You can be sure that we will be recommending you when the occasion arises and will be getting in touch for our next holiday to Italy. We wish you every success!"
Mr. G. A, Weiblingen

"Dear Ms. Orsini! In May we were on holiday in the "Casa Stefania" near Cugnoli in the Abruzzi region of Italy. We stayed in the small "Limone" holiday home and tried out our hostess’s delicious cooking on more than one occasion. The entire estate was very well-kept with a lovely small pool and magnificent views. Anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in an area that is largely unaffected by mass tourism will feel at home here: Highly recommended! Thank you for making everything so simple!"
Ms. E. P., Landshut

June 6, 2005
"Dear Lupus Italicus team, Our holiday was only for two weeks - and that's far too short for the Abruzzi region. There is so much to see, experience and discover that we will be going again for sure. Our apartment at Silvana and Nicola was a dream, well-appointed and clean. We had stayed in a number of holiday apartments in Italy in the past, but this was the best by a long way. The house is wonderful and its garden a perfect place to relax. Our hosts, especially Silvana, were really nice, attentive and helpful.
Indeed, we found everyone friendly and willing to help. In May there was absolutely no sign of mass tourism. 5 days passed before we saw the first German number plate: they were driving a mobile home and waved to us! It was a real first for us in Italy and, indeed, anywhere else for that matter.
The province of Chieti with its Trabocchi coast, its gently rolling vineyards and olive groves and its views of the snow-covered peaks of the Maiella mountain range really made an impression on us.
Next time we want to do more hiking. At home we live close to the Alps and it was rather special for us to hike in the Abruzzi region for 2 hours without seeing another soul! Something that you would never experience in Bavarian Alps!
We'll be in touch again soon"

"We had a great holiday. The accommodation at "Elisa" (North Tuscany) was excellent. Never before had we experienced so much individual attention on holiday. We were made more than welcome by the entire family. The place is a gem. We highly recommend this little corner of paradise."

"We booked this holiday because I wanted to go to school for a week to improve my Italian. To make sure that we still had enough time to discover the Abruzzi region, I only spent three hours per day on the course. We spent the rest of the day travelling and visiting the villages and towns. We never imagined it would be so beautiful. Snow-covered peaks set against blue skies and the sea behind us. Beauty of picture-postcard proportions! Breathtakingly beautiful countryside. Because there wasn’t much traffic, it was always a delight to travel the well-built roads. In one week we covered more than 2,000 km, but we never got stressed out or bored. This was one of the things that made our holiday so special.
One of the other things that made our holiday so perfect was the incomparable hospitality of our hosts Carolina and Luigi ("Tollo"). We have stayed in a large number of holiday homes, have plenty of experience of dealing with travel agencies and have discovered lots of Italy's regions. Yet for all this, we have never experienced the kind of warm hospitality that was given to us by our two hosts. It was also a great way of improving my Italian. They were unbelievably helpful when it came to recommending a restaurant; they even made the reservation for us and gave us the full red-carpet treatment. Carolina had made sure that we were greeted with fresh fruit and drinks, we were offered a bottle of ProSecco during our stay and given some lovely red wine as a way of saying our farewells.
It was like visiting friends.
Signora Orsini, our hosts were a real treasure and you should look after them. In today's commercialized world, it really is like a breath of fresh air to get the feeling that it's not just about money. Please send our love and our thanks to Carolina and Luigi the next time you speak to them.
Grazie, saluti e a presto"

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all the trouble you went to for us. You really have embraced everything that service should mean. If we ever decide to visit Italy again, you can be sure that we will be drawing on the services of Lupus Italicus."

"The "Giacomo" apartment is excellent and well-appointed. Nothing was missing. Giacomo keeps himself at a distance, but is friendly and ready to help when you need anything. We felt very much at home. Guardiagrele is lovely and I was really struck by Pennapiedimonte. We went to the bar in the square to enjoy an aperitif and to take in the great views quite a few times. We bumped into two old men (grand age of 95). One of them showed us his car - a 40- year-old fiat 500 - and admired our A4: "che bella macchina.... volete cambiarla?" He had just renewed his "patente" (=driving license) . The "anziani" were so full of humour and touching, especially when it was time to go: "speriamo di rivederci".... It’s small encounters like this that really enrich the holiday experience for me."
