Booking Procedure

Availability check
If you've chosen accommodation to fit your needs, you can check to see whether it's still available for the dates you have in mind. Please use our inquiry form to check. You can e-mail it to us or print it out and fax it to us on 0049 (0) 391 / 810 89 53. You can also give us a call: Mon-Thu between 8 am and 3 pm, Fri between 8 am and 1 pm, and by appointment: 0049 (0) 391 / 810 89 52. We will send the details of your request to the owners of the accommodation in Italy and let you know as soon as we have received an answer.


Binding booking
If the accommodation is still available, you're free to book. Your binding booking is made using the booking form. Once we have received your booking, we will send you confirmation and your invoice. We will ask you to pay a deposit within 7 days by direct bank transfer or through Pay Pal. Your booking is only valid once this has been done.

The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. You will receive confirmation of this payment from the owner of the accommodation. For bookings made at short notice, we will ask you to pay the entire accommodation price by direct bank transfer and to send us a copy of the transaction document via fax to us on (0049 (0) 391 / 810 89 53), via e-mail or in the post.
