"Casa Silvano" dates back to the early 20th century. A former farmhouse, this building has been extensively and tastefully restored by its current owner. Its old furniture, cupboards, tables, bed frames, fireplace and spacious kitchen all conspire to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

With a total of 475 m² of floor space and split up into two levels and three apartments, the farmhouse offers accommodation for 4, 6 or 8 people depending on in which apartment you are staying.
The ground-floor apartment "Adina" covers 180 m² and has three double rooms and a patio area, which is great for eating outdoors.

The first-floor apartment "Sibilla" is accessed via stone steps. It has 200 m² of floor space and four bedrooms.

"Girasole" is a beautiful bungalow of 75 m². This house for 4 persons with private access is located about 100 m far from the main house. There is a large patio with view on the picturesque marchigian hills.

The farmhouse stands on a enclosed 1 hectare plot of land and the swimming pool (6 m x 12 m x 1,5 m), from where you can enjoy the lovely panorama is surrounded by olive trees.

"Casa Silvano" is situated on a hill in South Marche, which belongs
to the Ascoli Piceno province.
It boasts a wonderful location and 360° panoramic
views across a large number of hills and valleys, the vineyards of Rosso
Piceno Superiore and the peaks of the Apennines, which can be seen in the
distance.
The elegant "Riviera of 7,000 Palm Trees" in San Benedetto del Tronto is just
13 km away. Here you can look forward to finding well-kept sandy beaches and
typical Italian "Lidos". It's a lovely spot that is appreciated by
everyone, but especially families with children. This stylish seaside resort
offers a large number of bars and cafes that are tailor made for those relaxing
summer evenings.
It's only 3.5 km to the nearest shopping facilities and restaurants.
Ascoli Piceno with its lovely old town area is located 20 km away and is an
inviting place to explore. The Piazza del Popolo with its historically important
"Palazzo dei Capitani del popolo" (13th century) is of particular
interest. We also recommend visiting the picturesque area of "Vecchio
Quartiere".
The historical "Quintana" games take place during
July and August. These Medieval games are in honour of town's patron saint and
encompass a wide range of events, such as the colourful flag-waving competition,
an unforgettable spectacle for old and young!
The village of Aquaviva Picena is also well worth a visit. Its castle offers wonderful views out across the sea or across the countryside to the grand peaks of the Maiella and Gran Sasso massif mountain ranges.
Nature lovers will be interested in going on a day trip from "Casa Silvano" to the "Monti della Laga" (ca. 70/80 km) and the Sibillini Mountains ("Monti Sibillini", ca. 50/60 km).

"Girasole" house. Up to 4 persons, max. 5. Ca. 75 m². Private access. One main bedroom (king size bed) and bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with open fireplace, bathroom with shower. Large patio with view on the picturesque marchigian hills. Air con.
"Adina" apartment: Ground floor. Up to 6 persons, max 8. Ca. 180 m². Private access, 3 double rooms, living room with fireplace and bed settee for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with access to your own covered patio area with a lovely dining area, 3 bathrooms with shower or bathtub.
"Sibilla" apartment: 1. First floor. Up to 8 persons, max. 10. Ca. 200 m². Private access, 4 double rooms, living room with fireplace and bed settee to sleep 2, dining room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower or bathtub. This apartment comes with a patio area with beautiful view on the first floor.
