We really had a wonderful stay with Giacomo who is a very nice man and helpful if necessary.
It is a charming and nicely decorated apartment with a lot of light.
Most of all we were impressed by the view all around the apartment and it was very quiet. So this apartment is specially nice for nature lovers.
We were lucky to have nice weather, so we didn't mind to stay a day at home just relaxing and enjoying the view.
You have to realize that if you want to do some shopping for bread etc. you have to take your time to reach a good place, but also this we calculated already. Especially the flowers everywhere were marvelous.

" Masseria Lucia" was as lovely as we remembered it from last year and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The food and the vini at the masseria were just fabulous and we whiled away many a happy hour under “our favourite olive tree” sampling yet another bottiglia di vino pugliese served by the one and only Antonio in his very special way. This is absolutely Heaven on Earth.

We were very amazed to see how well cared for and clean the resort and apartment were (Susanna country estate). You did not exaggerate in the least when you wrote to us about the beautiful apartment terrace with the magnificent view of the valley. It was just great - we spent almost the entire time on the terrace. Even the swimming pool was very neat and tidy.

Even now we still like to think about our holidays in Tuscany and would like to thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

We came home delighted from our fourteen-day stay at the Mario Villa.

Due to the seating arrangements at dinner, where all the guests sit at one long table, we met many interesting travellers from the USA, Scotland, Belgium, the Netherlands, England.......... Although we were in this same area last year (Alessandro) and went on many excursions, we still took many tours again this year, to Gran Sasso, or the Trabocchi coast, for example. There are landscapes that you just can’t get enough of!

"We liked our holidays very much. Mr. Giacomo was very nice and we got a very nice and tasty welcome gift from him. The impression of the region was very good. Very nice people, very friendly and not much tourists. Also very nice beach (Focacasia) and very nice places (Chieto, Guardiagrele). We hope that mr. Giacomo goes on like this. Our appartment was very nice, very clean and very big. It was very quiet, and with the dogs nearby our children loved this. And they saw Giacomo getting the harvest from this year. So we certainly want to visit this area again.
I hope we will go again with Lupus-Italicus next year. Thank you very much.

"SUPER !
The accommodation (Giacomo) is excellent, we where lucky however that there was nobody else.
Giacomo is an axcellent host and we became more or less friends and got exchanging presents.
The bio concept works well with him.
The restaurants recommended around are all super and very reasonably priced.
Once you leave the dirt road you have easy acces to many interesting spots; we visited a lot and we daily made long walks with small or big climbs (including the highest nearby ) and all of that with our little dog.
The landscape is super, the views from the house are incredible and we had excellent normal weather and hope to return.

Again this year, our entire two week holiday in the "Casa Delle Stelle" was wonderful.
Every thing was - as always - perfect. Even the landlord was there and happy to see us staying there again. We were received with the usual heartiness and they said good-bye with a huge package of all kinds of different pastas. One more reason to drive there again.

The Caseificio Voltignio is definitely worth mentioning, which has its sales outlet located between Cepagatti and Cattignano. Fresh every day, you can get mozzarella, treccia and ricotta as well as other delicious specialty cheeses like, e.g. Pecorino nella cruscia.
Thank you very much for the prompt service and the nice acquaintance. We would love to take advantage of another one of your offers sometime.

"This year we were in the region for the third consecutive year and are simply enthusiastic Abruzzi fans.
The combination of ocean and mountains, big city and deserted mountain village as well as the food, the wine, the people and for our children, the many animals......this year, only the weather didn't exactly go along with how we had imagined it. But that doesn’t matter – we’re going again next year!!! The accommodations at Mario Villa were perfect!! And the food was tremendous!

What do we especially remember? How uncomplicated the booking process and check-in was upon arrival. We also found the personal contact with you before the holiday very positive.
Other than that....just thank you very much - we had a wonderful holiday in Abruzzi!

"Because I had never been to the Abruzzi region before, I was completely taken aback by how "high" the mountains are. We spent a lot of time exploring the Maiella and Gran-Sasso areas by foot and experiencing all the small and old mountain villages. We were so delighted with our accommodation at Antonio's that we decided not to travel on to Molise as planned, but rather to stay where we were for another three days.

We had no problems being understood - even with the locals. One of the things that really struck us was just how talkative and open the local residents are. They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful indeed!!!! The food and wine was excellent. Luckily we were able to walk off the large portions during the day, otherwise things might have got a bit critical :-). Once again, thank you for all your help."

"Our holiday at the Elisa estate was simply fantastic; it is just what we had been looking for and thanks to you we found it. The views across Pistoia and Prato are out-of-this-world. Taken together with the very kind hospitality provided by the family and the excellent food, the holiday was a pleasure from start to finish.

Hardly a day goes by without us mentioning the delicious meals that we enjoyed on this holiday and the delight we had in looking forward to them. To sum up: WONDERFUL. This holiday also offered excellent value-for- money...and we even found ourselves beginning to plan for a return visit during the holiday itself. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Having read what I have just written, I was just wondering whether there were any negatives. Thank you for making everything about our holiday go so smoothly. We also found the scripts that you gave us to be a good help. Things could hardly have been more perfect! The "Casa Stefania" was beautiful, our hostess extremely hospitable, the shared meals fantastic and the entire atmosphere very welcoming. The English-speaking employee was another excellent thing about our accommodation.

The region met all of our expectations: from the cultural attractions, to the unforgettable landscape offering a mixture of mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. We found the people to be very friendly and open towards foreign tourists. We were surprised to find that hardly anyone spoke English, not even the younger generation.
We will definitely be recommending this region to our friends and family and will certainly be booking our next holiday with you!"

"The Casa delle Stelle" is absolutely perfect and a dream to stay in. It has been tastefully decorated and with its lovingly positioned sculptures is a work of art. The views are SPECTACULAR. We wanted for nothing. We even enjoyed the company of all the four-legged visitors... The beach at Pineto is incredibly clean and we enjoyed it tremendously - and that's saying something given that beach holidays are not really our cup of tea.
We also want our holiday next year to be in Casa delle stelle. "

"We loved it at "Antonio", in the Abruzzi region. As long-standing lovers of Italy we were able to discover a region that is second to none in terms of its cultural and culinary diversity, its history and landscape, and its people and its special light. The accommodation was wonderful with its natural air-conditioning (the house nestles right next to the mountain) and excellently furnished. We were also very impressed by the hospitality demonstrated by our hosts. On one occasion they even went so far as to organize a mechanic to come and fix my car. Tante grazie a tutti!"

"Dear Lupus Italicus team, we returned from our fabulous holiday in Tuscany only a few days ago and we are writing to you today to say thanks for everything!
We spent 10 days with "Elisa" and the rest of the family. We had an unforgettable time. The estate is located in the middle of an olive plantation in the mountains overlooking the cities of Pistoia, Prato and Florence. The views are breathtaking. Everything was very tidy and tastefully decorated.
We were welcomed into the family like old friends. Because of her excellent English, Elisa went out of her way to make sure that our every need was taken care of and to answer all of our questions about the region and its people. As well as being delicious, the breakfast was also extensive. Yet the highlight of every day was the evening meal which went on for hours on the panoramic patio area.
We went on a large number of interesting trips and walks. We also spent a large amount of time in and around the lovely pool.
It's the second time we've booked a holiday through Lupus Italicus and once again it was a complete success. I'm sure that it won't be the last time that we book and enjoy a holiday in Italy through you...;"
